Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide the best shopping experience, but if you need to exchange a product, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange

    Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, wrong products received, or manufacturing defects.
    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process

    If the issue is from our end (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will arrange a return pickup.
    If the issue is not from our end (e.g., size exchange, change of preference), the customer must send the product to our return address.

Exchange Dispatch

    Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check.
    After approval, the exchange item will be dispatched at the earliest.
